Sweet and savoury buffet

Luca welcomes you with a breakfast enriched with South Tyrolean products served in a bright room on the ground floor, where you can start your day with an espresso coffee or a creamy cappuccino. Every morning, our buffet offers yoghurt from "Südtirol" to go with muesli and cereals, fresh fruit, tea, milk and barley, fruit juices and freshly squeezed juices, as well as eggs, South Tyrolean cold cuts such as speck, local cheeses and different varieties of bread.

Two 'very normal' mornings

Depending on the season, we also make strawberry, plum, cherry and apricot jam and when the oranges ripen in Sicily, we always have fresh orange juice. Klaus Franceschini’s bees provide high-quality honey all year round. So that you always feel at home.

Sweet Braid

leavened 24 hours, with organic butter and flour, eggs from happy hens, who live on the farms of farmers Lolle (Biofarming Talhof) and Karoline (Dornach Estate).

The celebration continues

Every day we create fragrant sweets, Sweet bread with granulated sugar and oat flakes, YoYo" shortbread biscuits with vanilla and bitter cocoa.

We prefer South Tyrolean products
