The restaurant

The restaurant is open from 6 to 9 pm
Thursday is a day off.
Please reserve your table in good time when you make your booking (by telephone at +39 3495059138) or at the bar when you arrive. For half-board guests, a table is automatically reserved in our restaurant.


The “Heinis” bar/ice cream parlour is located on the ground floor of the structure and is a traditional inn where locals and hotel guests are warmly welcomed. The owners, Heini and Heidi Franceschini, offer a bar with a well-stocked Italian coffee bar, a range of beers from Germany and South Tyrol and wines from various South Tyrolean wineries. The service team, consisting of Irena, Mike and Ellen, conjure up a variety of cocktails and are also on hand to help with any requests. The chef personally prepares a medium range of ice cream specialities, and in the evening the kitchen offers regional dishes, exclusively homemade pasta products, meat dishes from organic farming and vegetable variations from the region. The innkeepers’ love of Italian cuisine is expressed in dishes inspired by their many visits to Italy.

NEW: Pinsa Romana

ORIGIN AND INGREDIENTS: Pinsa Romana is a Roman pastry dish that is similar to pizza. The dough is made from a mixture of sourdough, soya, rice and wheat flour. After baking, the dough is topped with various toppings. Pinsa has its origins in ancient Rome, where farmers crushed grain with herbs and salt to form a dough.

Our dough is left to rise for 72 hours

VARIATIONS: with tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil pesto with mozzarella, lardo and prunes with raw ham, rocket, burrata and basil pesto with burrata, mortadella and pistachio granules
