We were the first! Salorno sulla Strada del Vino in 2015 was the first village in South Tyrol to be included in the international network of Cittaslow municipalities.

Our Guidelines
• Let's avoid plastic and all disposable portions • Let's not run water unnecessarily and let's use biodegradable hygiene products. • Waste separation: Recycling bins are available in the courtyard. • Let's use public transport or the bicycle to get to the neighbouring towns. • Dirty towels in the sink or bidet tell us when they need to be changed and when not.
